Thanks Combo, it was a BIG decision for me to part with my beloved 660...but 1400 miles later I'm sure I made the right decision. However,  I would have another 660 in a heartbeat if the T7 wasn't available! The T7 is definitely worthy of the Tenere name, and is a great bike,  that engine is a joy and it is so balanced and gives great confidence.  If the 660 had a fault for me it was a bit top heavy off road and was a pain at times on tiny mountain roads when you had to pull over...I had a few 'topples' over the years!. I will hopefully keep the T7 for many years..I love the fact that like the 660 it's a bike to be fettled and personalized and made your own.  Having said that,  a completely standard T7 is a great bike in its own right.  Cheers , Steve
