Hi all, 

 

As we all know by now we bikers have a sweet spot for engines between legs... 

This thread is for posting what bike you would want to have today.. Since some of us have different desires for bikes each day/week/month... I would like you to share this with us. 

I would prefer if you could post a picture of the bike even if it a screenshot as this makes the thread more interesting.... Bikes can be anything you have had and want it again or bikes that are on the market and you would want... 

I'll start with my desire today : 

Husky 450 Sm... Ultimate handling machine for the twisties light and about 64 HP.

I can dream about husqvarna 701 adventure. 

It's a prototype yet but I don know if they will produce it

Norden 901 that is supposed to be out in 2021. That is a dream bike right there.

I remember the days when I was waiting and it was winter. 

Arrived 2 months early... I was promised January and got it on the 28th of November. 

Remeber the day and was proud for the first time on a yamaha and some think it is not special.. But this bike is, it feels special, its awesome... Hang in there 👍😉📸🏍️💨

I ordered a 2020 Beta Xtrainer last week in April or 1st week in May, I forget.  It was so long ago now it has become a 2021 Xtrainer, graphic changes only.  It was supposed to be here 6/24 then 7/24 and then 8/20.  I drove my truck to Idaho Falls to pick it up yesterday.  Now it's, "next week."  It's starting to feel like the T7 all over again.  I can almost taste it but I've become Charlie Brown trying to kick the football.

That's a very nice bike... Congratulations on the purchase and hopefully it doesn't delay any longer.

For the last 4 days I've been dreaming about this... Don't know if I should sell my T700Sm... 🤔

@Aleksandar13 you sound like you dream about other bikes as much as i do!! That Ninja looks sweet! 

 

Since this thread is titled “Today”, then as of today I’m dreaming about the new Aprilia Tuono 660 coming out.  Looks magnificent!

Tomorrow i will continue my all-consuming thoughts on trading my ‘17 Honda CRF250L for a KTM 390 Adventure. That’s another decision I've been hung up on lately...

That actually looks very very nice and on paper it's just around the right amount of power to weight as well.... My choice for colour as well... Just one thing I am concerned is the seat heigh as I am 6.4... 👍

I am not a sports bike guy, but for some reason this bike tickles me...

 

trying very hard not to put on the "wish list" or my wife might end me 😛

 

but damn she is beautiful...

The bike "I want today" changes often.  But, "today" I'm lusting after the Triumph Scrambler 400X.   I love the classic look and I think it looks like a great fun around town runner.  I'm a bit of a Triumph fanboy and I'm getting one. (says me, "today"..)

Well since its winter the bike I would love today would be a timbersled / Snow bike.  I also always wanted a super moto but since I don't live in the city or have tracks near by I never did.

I like scrambles but to me they have to have a high exhaust

Cant dissagree with that.  Even Triumph typically knows that with how long they have been making scramblers...  I think with these new 400(s) they really want a mass market home run bike that appeals to more folk.  Some dont like the good looks and heat of that high swept exhaust.
