Better off road tires

What is the best off road yet still DOT tire for this bike?

the stock Pirelli’s just don’t cut it for me as soon as I leave the pavement or even the backroads for that matter.
I am willing to sacrifice on road performance for better off road.
what are you guys running?

Pirelli Scorpion Rally front, Mitas E07+ rear. Will probably go with a set of motoz on my next set.

How do you like the Mitas E07+'s?

Awesome on the pavement, quiet with a little rumble at lower speeds.  They spin a little more before hooking up in deep sand than I'd like.  The rear feels a little loose in the deep stuff as well.  On gravel and dirt roads they felt planted and brake well.  We cruised at 60-65mph most of the time and didn't have issues slowing down quickly.  I expect around 4k miles based on researching other forums.

I found a 150/70-18 on ebay for $122 shipped! A decent savings over msrp and the reason I tried it out.

The front scorpion rally kicks ass everywhere except fast twisty's, but that's probably just me wussing out 😆
