Engine temps

So am looking to find out what most of you guys are running for engine temps and range. I only have about 120 miles on the bike so far and on the highway seems to sit right around 178. Took it on some dirt road lower speed climbing and it got up to 230, fan had kicked on- must be around 220 or 225 that it comes on? Then in traffic got up around 215.

Also curious what oil most of you are running? surprised to not find an oil thread this bike is so new..

OAT 85*F @ 55-60 mph. Coolant temp 185*F.

My fan kicks on  at 223° temperature drops to 210 fan shuts off. I've never seen higher than 223°.  The bikes running @189°  I'm in  Texas it's Summer and it's hot everyday. I figure it's running 10° hotter than normal.
