Magura Hydraulic Clutch

Hi to all,

I'm thinking about to buy the new model of Magura hydraulic clutch specifically designed for the Tenere (kit number 2123339).

It has the mirror mounting hole and the most important for me, the switch that informs the ECU about the clutch position, what permits to start the engine with a gear engaged if the lever is pressed.

There are anybody who has mounted it? It really make the difference front the standard system?

And an important question: the are any problem with the OEM protection bars?

Saludos,

Javier

Just asking, but why would anyone spend the money and fit one of these? (I know, I know, because they can...) The factory cable clutch is one finger light and smooth engagement - I do a lot of slow bush riding and love it. Easier than my WR450 clutch. Keep the cable lubed and ride it!

Probably you are right, but the reason of the change is not a caprice, is because I use the clutch a lot, not only in the slow bush riding where I do the 80% of the milleage, but in the on-road, when I open the throttle between curves, etc. Is a way of compensate the abrupt initial power delivery of the engine.

And all the help to do this in a smoother manner is wellcomed by me.

In any case I can always make the change later.

Thanks for your opinion.
