Thanks. I am using the above settings and set the rev to 4500 this is MUCH better, tomorrow i will try 5000. This is the main issue, it was set to 3000 and its too sensitive, as soon as my boot anywhere near it cuts the engine, but i havent shifted up. Is removing the washer to make it less sensitive?

Sensor threshold is the answer... Connect it to the bike via phone and with the bike off shift once from 1st to 2nd and see what the sensor threshold is. Mine reads 40 to 50... By the sound of it yours is very high as it is to sensitive... Hope it makes sense. 👍🏼

Thanks for this thread guys, i read it before and after installing mine and it was helpful.

The quickshifter works really good, not many kms on it but i adapt well to it.

For me at 3500/4000 cruising it changes well but the trick is to back out the throttle a bit in the higher gears and works great!

The only gear that i can hear or feel a small chain slack or beeing a bit more abrupt is in 6th gear on those conditions, somethimes even a little higher on the powerband but a nice trick beside the throttle thing is  to engage the Shet lever harder or we can say in a more precise manner.

Anythithing else works amazingly, i’m really happy with it! 👌🏼
