How to post pics and do other stuff on the forum

Having trouble uploading images from iphone to the forum? Thats because Apple is now converting images from your phone and Mac to some new "HEIC" format. Problem is, HEIC is so new, no websites know how to handle those files yet, including this one and it will be a few years before this and other websites software are updated to handle those files.

Here is a solution to have your iphone save images as normal JPG files.

Open "Settings" on your iphone, click on "Camera" then click on "Formats" then click on "Most Compatible".   Your phone will now start saving new photos to larger JPG files. HEIC may be smaller, but this forum's software like most other websites, aren't set up for HEIC yet.

Always something with them apples.
Now they must provide new devices in Europe with a USB-C port for charging like every other brand as of 2024 and then they do something else to screw the users.

My iPhone photos are too large, it seems, to upload to the forum.  Is there a way to resize them, so they're smaller than 1.5 MB?
