Barkbusters

Just fitted a set of Barkbusters and not that impressed with the cold form bend after the bar attachment point. I’ve attached a couple of pictures and one of the Zeta handguards on my Enduro bike. The Zeta ones are around 3 years old so have a few battle scars but don’t have the same rough bend as the Barkbusters.

 

Never ran BB’s before so just curious if this is the normal finish? I’m not concerned by the look more if there is an issue with micro cracking on the surface.
