Hi. The dimensions of the OEM push lever are reflected in the attached image. What are the dimensions of the CamelADV push lever? Thanks.

🙂

I use the third hole (less effort).

One finger, really one finger (index) and all is fine.

Ordered the blue on to see how good it is, black wasn't in stock. But blue beringer and blue bike with this blue clutch pull could work nicely.

Black sold out quickly, more in the works though.

Do you have an eta on getting black back in stock?

Silver has been a slow mover so we're stripping silver and reanodizing them in black. Hopefully we'll have them back late next week.

Blue for me... There was no black in stock but I am very happy with the looks... After spending more than 45 miles and adjusting the lever to suit me.. I finally found the position where it works best for me for rev matching and up shifts... I am more interested in the up shifts below 5k where I don't use the quickshifter and in the rev matching department...

For me it works amazing and it's worth every penny... I'm on the second hole position

Thank you for great product and quality.

Installed the Camel ADV 1 finger clutch and some Puig short levers.

I am obviously doing something wrong.

Did a short test drive and power was reduced - clutch not fully engaged?

Also, my cable guide is in the most loose position and there is no play at the handlebar side whatsoever.
And yet I still had to use a tiewrap to pull the clutch in order to connect the cable to the lever.
In Corey’s install video the cable has way way more slack.

Any suggestions?

If you're out of adjustment on the cable guide, I'd bump the clutch arm ahead one spline on the shaft and adjust from there. Definitely don't ride the bike without any cable freeplay, you will cook your clutch!

tried moving it up one spline, gives me definitely enough slack. But I cannot find the right balance between free play and enough power to fully disengage the clutch.

I set the right amount of play at the lever.
But I feel quite some resistance when turning the wheel by hand with fully clenched lever.

think I need a primer in basic clutch maintenance / setup.

Which hole are you using? Since you are using an aftermarket lever, it may slightly adjust the leverage ratio. Also, since it's an adjustable, it may be set too close to the bar to get proper clutch disengagement.

I use the middle one. Tried it with the lever in all positions, no avail.

I will try later today with the stock lever and see if I can get it to work.

Hope I didn't ruin my clutchplates on the test ride. Could it be that I warped them already? And is that what's causing me trouble to get the right adjustment?
