Tail tidy mud pack solution

I like my R&G tail tidy but there is one shortcoming, and it was easy to address. With the tidy, you have blinker wires exposed and the tail light has openings around the corners where mud and such could get all packed up in there. I was looking at it and a simple solution came to mind. A 6 inch piece of kydex cut to size, heated a little so I could get the bend and there ya go. Will mount the bottom to the bottom 2 plate bolts and then trim the length to just at the bottom of the plate. Will keep all the mud from packing up around the tail light and blinkers.
