Did that combine burn down there?  Field looks scorched too!

It sure did. He managed to get it to the edge of the field closest to the old rail bed, which is what I'm standing on. The road was just 50ft through some trees behind me. It's just a small grain field. However, to the right of all this, is a peat bog. That's highly flammable. They got the fire out before it hit the peat bog. I remember when it caught fire 24 years ago, when I was 10. My parents were getting ready to evacuate due to the smoke as they live about 3km farther along to the right, and that's where the wind blows. Their white house was black by the time they got the fire under control. I just live another 300m down the road now. Pretty scary times. I had just got the bike, so that was my first off-roading. ripped down the tracks to check out the combine.

Borg is that the sw-motech bash plate and crash bars you have on there? I have a black t7 on order and thinking about those over the oem versions. Great to see some other pics if you have them - cheers

@krisdavi Yes that is correct. The crash bars fits the OS12 bags quite well.

Enjoyed a couple of days over in Mid Wales, stunning scenery, great roads to explore and the weather was kind as well.

I had some nice bits of TET for 6 hours and then I couldn't keep it dirty for long🙈 It feels like a rehabilitation when I work on the bike & clean it.

It’s  real shame Yamaha NZ won’t be importing the Rally Edition. Would have been my first pick to line up beside my retro IT490 & 200. Bought the red/white instead and it at least sits nicely alongside my TT35O
