So today may be the last day of riding in central Alberta.   15 degrees Celsius and sunny today so a ride was in order.  Tomorrow's high is just 7 C.  And it will head down hill from here.

@Landshark Are you too far north for the Chinooks?

No.  I'm just West of Edmonton.  We get Chinooks that allow all the snow to turn to mush for several days then it freezes and turns it all into frozen ruts.  Once winter hits, I park the bike and do maintenance then pout.

In CT we have more mild winters, however my bike is stored for until it gets at and above freezing.  That's where the previous GoPro movies come in!  Pull out those videos in the cold weather when your not riding!  🤩

I live in CT and there hasn’t been a year in he last 10 when I have not gotten out on a bike at least once during each month on the calendar.  You don’t know what you are missing.  Heated jacket, grips and decent gear make it completely fine for several hour rides. As long as the roads are dry and clear it’s fine.

The best part is that all the great roads that are normally clogged with Sunday drivers and tourists are clear of traffic, and you have really great sight lines through corners without all the vegitation.

I love riding in BC.  Welcome aboard @wild willie.  Enjoy that T7 and post pictures of that province often.

We did a little “early”  fall colors day ride a couple weeks back.  Love finding these hidden little lakes.

Went riding yesterday.  The window of opportunity for warm riding is getting smaller everyday.

I wound up at a small lake called Hasse Lake here in central Alberta.

Thank you. Been to some great places on this bike. Near and far. Nice to have this in the back yard!

Riding season is over now, so it’s off to the shop to get the “final version”stainless link pipe built. Hacked up a passenger peg to give some additional protection. I’m not gentle on the bike, it’s got some bruises. That pipe is nice and out of the way, no damage yet.

Just took  the T7 for a short spin....
Two learning points;
1. Never doubt.
2. When in doubt, accelerate…

🤣
