How did you get them to fit in the front

I used mine with the flat inside pieces from the stock signals as a washer, then the big plastic nut the indicators came with and that configuration fit perfectly in the stock indicator holes.

And Canada?  Hmmm?  I can't say I've ever heard of that here as a Canadian.  I stand all the time riding.

Not to say you're wrong, of course; I do lots of illegal things I've never been called on, but I've never even heard of anyone getting a ticket for standing while riding.

Illegal to stand on the pegs in Ontario for sure. Part of some stupid “anti stunting” legislation that was passed quite a while ago.

Did you go with the 150 or 140? I have a 140 in storage from another bike and been debating on using it on the t7

The Desert H/T is  150/70. The Anakee Wild was a 140/80. I did seem to notice the 140/80 being a slightly taller but that’s because I’m not exactly tall.

Update: just ordered a rear RallZ in the 140. The money saved can go towards gas for my pickup to go riding at my happy place.

Doing a baseline valve lash measurement. When they change it’s good to know how fast they are changing. Yamaha always seems to do stuff that peeves me off. Like running the main wiring harness right over the valve cover making removing it a pita. Also the little crossbar of the crash bars is exactly in front of a side panel bolt. You’d think their QA department would catch such engineering oversights.

Some nine in this forum several months back who is Canadian mentioned it. I didn’t look it up directly.

Is this the current BC laws? Second section - driver must be seated astride the seat.

Motorcyclists are over-represented in road trauma statistics. In British Columbia motorcycles are...

I think if you stand on your bike, you have more control. You should get a bonus. F###cking lawmakers everywhere.

In Holland/europe they talk also about more laws for motorbikes.(closing roads, less loud, more reflection zones on clothes, approaved gloves). They should really do something about these f###cking cardrivers who play with their phones.

So fekkin' true mate!

Nobody needs regulations for gloves and reflective stuff and whatever. It makes ZERO difference and actually blames the victims instead of the criminals.

Not only might one have more control, but also way better visibility and vision when standing.

Installed SW-Motech skid:

I thought plain aluminum would look better than black, matches my chain guard quite well.

Coverage up front is really good. Barely touches my crash bar screw, will see if it makes any noise.

I've seen better looking welds (on the inside there are even some black residues), BUT the fit is really very well due to beefy steel mounting brackets, along with a great assembly manual and solid screws.

Well done, SW-Motech.

It has no linkage protection, but for my riding I don't expect this to be a problem.

Mounted one of these:

Die geniale Motorradspiegel-Reihe, die im Winkel und in der Armlänge stufenlos einstellbar ist. Bei Bedarf können die Spiegelkörper komplett...

...and dismounted it after 0 km / 2 minutes.

They vibrate a lot more than OEM mirrors when only touching them, are smaller, and due to convex glass offer a strange view (these aren't aspheric).

Problem here is you need certified mirrors with a so-called E-Mark (Germany...).

This doesn't mean they are being tested or whatever, they're just "certified" due to their theoretical specs.

I think I'm done with folding mirrors, all other models I found seem to be actual vibrators as well.

And I don't like the look of double take mirrors.

Maybe I'll just carry a 17mm wrench for and stick with OEM.

Installed the B&B rack. Showed up in 2ish weeks to the US. I was able to reuse my kriega nylon loops so I can strap their bags down a bit further back on the bike 👍

Bought one of these as I wanted a quick easy and repeatable way to check chain tension on my T7. Works a treat once set up, just fit it to the chain and check the tension in several places, when the marker is out of alignment adjust the chain until it lines up again and jobs done.

Solid as a rock on the tar with no probs at speed(130kmph). A lot more control on the dirt over Pirellis. Very happy so far. Time will tell. Interesting to see what changes in feel after they wear a bit.

I wonder how the RALLZ version would be on the road?

Anyone running the TRACTIONATOR RALLZ?
