Pannier racks and luggage

Hi all...I'm planning on going with outback mototek  x pannier racks// mosko moto bags.  I'm going w these racks because I like how a rotopax 1 gal tank mounts on them.  What are you thoughts of going with 35L bags on both sides instead of 35L on the left and 25L on the right?  Is it a big deal to do 35L on both sides or just for cosmetics to use the different size bags so it looks even from the rear?  Thanks.
