Check your email and put it back on thingiverse if you want!

Thanks Thriller, I will only repost it as a make or remix if I can find the original one up there to give credit to.

I am comfortable with sharing something between us that was already free and is no longer available.

And on that note here is something that will be useful for those with Barkbusters.

It is the little friction fit end cap.

This work with any Barkbusters handguard where the weight balancer has 35 mm diameter. No support needed. Print it in ABS at 0.10 - 0.15 mm resolution.

Has anybody done mirror mount 3d model? Something similar to Rottweiler mounts.

I have mirrors from Aliexpress but the mounting method could be better.

Nice work! Will you put the files on Thingiverse eventually?

Yeah, my mwr filter should be here today and I can confirm the opening size  and then I will post it on thingiverse and cults this weekend.

redid the air horn to 20mm tall for a better lip for pre-filter, still clears the pins that stick down on the bottom of the seat pan, and set the opening size to a few mm smaller than the opening on the MWR filter.

total hardware needed for the angle mount is

2x M8/100 hex head bolts

3x M8/30 pan head

Any updates on this 3D print and it's durability? It is a great idea, and one that I found today checking out 3D printed parts for the Tenere (I hope to get mine next month). I am currently running Mosko Scouts on my DRZ and they will get transferred to the Tenere upon arrival (and being able to purchase panniers). Thanks!

I've put on about 800-900 miles with them full of fuel,  commuting to and from work on back roads and tarmac so it's a combination of gravel washboard roads and regular pavement and everything has been holding up for me, now that the trails are opening up here I will try and get some trail time on and see if they hold up to some more abusive rides, trick is to use a tough filament. I did mine in petg and it's been holding up well the red tension knob is ASA ( it's more uv resistant but as a trade off of being a bit more stiff then say ABS)

Chris1974 - please dumb this down for me: your chain measure device that you printed,  does it measure actual 43mm at the thin end, or does it take into account the added (subtracted) distance to centre of chain link?

Thanks,Chris

The 43mm is measured from the chain center, so the printed piece is 43mm minus half a chain width. Does that clear up things? On Thiniverse.com I have a picture explaining it a little better. I will post it here:

Hi !
New here.
I've downloaded your design and started messing with it a little bit.
I might have a few questions for you as i progress.
If you see something in it that is a terrible idea, or a good one, let me know !
Thanks

I've also downloaded a holder for my Ulefone Power Armor 14 Pro, that i will need to adapt/modify to fit on it.

All of this because my new giant (and super heavy) phone does not fit in my Ram X-Grip

I made the mounts some time ago. Here is the link 🙂
It is a project made to be made with cnc in aluminium, holes are m4,5 so you can tap them to m5.
If you would like to print it, I would drill  holes to m5, and use a nut on the other side.

This is a 3D project of a Handuard mount for popular mirrors from aliexpress.

Low profile Garmin GPS mount for the handlebars. Printed mine in PCTPE for a slightly squishy base but any outdoor rated material should work. Someone already re-mixed it for a universal mount too.
