Teneres have always been a travelling “dual sport” since day one. Fat tank , reliable engine, simple to maintain and ability to do Shet tracks and more around the world while still being able to manage a modern road for a few hours. I still think it does this well. I took 6 hours to do a 2 hour journey recently (with a rally seat) and my butt was still in one piece. And for off road just look at pol tarres’ “seeker” movie on you tube. Hats off to any of you who can do half of that.I’m jealous.  I love the balance of this bike even loaded up. But like someone said earlier, I’m probably going one tooth up if my miles on motorways keep up. Be a shame to lose the control and drive it has at almost no speed at all though. 🤘
