Look at some pictures of people stacking their panniers with the kitchen sink, a few KG is going to make little difference as I’m not Pol Tarres and won’t be canyon jumping.  I will be fire road scrambling and single tracking though. All the things I can do on a GSA with the needed added UK weather protection and much less weight. Fueling once a fortnight sounds great too.

I spoke to my dealer a few days ago and he said we are still on for a May delivery.

Absolutely, I’ll try for a bit off humility in a post delivery review. Can’t promise I’ll succeed though.

Does anybody got any news about their estimated delivery?

 

Rumours are spreading in Germany that Yamaha won't be able to deliver any bikes until August/September...

 

My dealer still has no information except estimated delivery in June

I read on another forum that bikes are starting to arrive at the dealers, couldn’t confirm that’s true or not.

One of these black beauties is mine. Came down for a look and had a call on the way telling me it’s in. Just a few days to wait for it to be built.
