It's now the 21st at OTR, i'm afraid i will not have it before my trip next month so i arranged that i can change the delivery to my neighbours when the moment arrives.
Over here pick up points hold a package for 1 week and then it will be returned so in case it get delivered when i'm on my trip that will not happen.
Just hope nothing happens with the OEM exhaust, already had to bend it back out a couple of times.

My exhaust is announced at DHL, that means it's in at OTR and will be at my house end of the week or begin next week.
Normally from Germany it will take 3 to 4 days.

Just got the word that the Mivv Dakar exhausts will be shipping to us next week!

I honestly don't know if these are all sold, or we'll have extras, but just wanted to let everyone know the first batch is FINALLY shipping!

Whoo Hoo!

Kind Regards

- Paul

Sunday.
Tomorrow i have a ride out with disabled people in sidecars and trikes, i'm a volunteer traffic controller assisting the police (and sometimes even completely do their job) clearing the roads for a safe passage.

Top tip: Use some ceramic greae on the clamp bolt and put some shrink tube on to keep the thread clean in case you need to take it off again.

A cheap one from Amazon or Aliexpress, not sure.
Most things i buy from the known vendors or local dealers from them but i work with metal and if i see what they dare to ask for something basic like a tail tidy.... i might be crazy according to a lot of people (might, still not agree with them) but i'm surely not stupid.

Edit:
Looked it up for you, it was this one

Very happy with how nicely the Alt-rider tail tidy and LED signals from Camel worked out.

For those that have this system now....what is the diameter of the end of the mid pipe?

As in what inlet diameter muffler will work with it?

I have a Black Widow full system and would luv to add this midpipe to my existing setup.

55mm is the O.D. of the midpipe where it enters the muffler

For those that have been running this for a while, how are you liking it? And is the baffle/db killer removable?

Love it, don't know if the dB killer is removable because i like it as is and here in Europe you don't want to go crazy because the snowflake army seems to rule.
I think it's just a rivet you can drill and then remove it.

Does it come with a db killer? On the schematics it says the db killer is optional.

Db killer is riveted in, that's a requirement for the Euro4/5 homologation.
You can drill out the rivet but then it's no longer a certified muffler (only important in Europe).

These are without any racks but i've seen them also with racks.
You do need a tail tidy to get the indicators higher.

I finally went for a short 30 mile ride with the newly installed MIVV high mount.  It sounds really good.  Better than I would have hoped for TBH.   DB killer is still riveted in.  It will never be taken out.   I mainly got the high mount from a durability standpoint.  I didnt need the stock exhaust to hit the swing arm if I were to have an accident.   I’m very satisfied !!

I just removed the whole licence plate set up and blinkers and went dirt bike style, the Police out here in Arizona don't really stop people anymore, they don't want to get shot. I love the sound, also had my ECU reflashed . it runs good, sounds good, and doesn't over heat any more. Bonus days!
