Other bikes in the garage

My T7 has opened my eyes to travel-by-motorcycle and I find I'm craving more and more.

So I just added this to my garage recently.

Question, I've never had a tank bag lock ring before.  I believe this is Givi since all the rest of the aftermarket parts on the bike are Givi.  How do I know what bags are compatable with this?

I LOVED Idaho. I am really considering a move west. Idaho, Colorado, and Az are under consideration.

If you make it to AZ, ping me for a local " tour", so bring your T7!

Today a small ride with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. It’s a very nice little engine.

I’m really impressed with the way these guys are doing biking. Wouldn’t mind several of them.

It gets a lot of attention, most of the younger bikers haven’t a clue what it is 🙂.

I like the RG’s but always preferred the Yamaha looks.

Guess I need to work on a picture even though many are restoration projects (along with a '66 Mistral and '69 E-Type) but here's an "N-1" list to the best of my recollection (there may be more out there):

  1. 1969 Honda CB750 K0 Sandcast
  2. 1969 Honda CT90
  3. 1971 Honda CB750 K1 roadracer
  4. 1973 Honda CR250M Elsinore
  5. 1978 Honda CT125
  6. 2002 Cannondale FX400
  7. 2006 CRF450X
  8. 2007 KTM300XCW
  9. 2008 Yamaha WR250X/R
  10. 2012 Honda NC700X
  11. 2016 Yamaha YXZ1000

I've probably been more of a Honda guy over the years (and was originally looking at AT's before buying the T7), even though we've had numerous other Yamaha's and I obviously snuck a couple four wheelers into the list.  I recently sold a DRZ400 and technically the CT's are the wife's, so maybe I'm at "N-4" 😉 .

I split my time between Arizona and Ontario.

In Toronto, I have the T7 for getting out with my adventurous-explorer type friends (and the bike I do most of my solo riding on),

plus this 2019 'Bavarian Cruiser,' a 160hp  K1600B 'bagger' for riding with my black leather shorn buddies.

And in the Phoenix east valley, a now-aging R1200GS.   It's a 2013, the first year of the water-cooled GS.  A solid citizen, I just haven't seen a reason to upgrade it, despite it being 10yrs old.

many moons ago, I used to race on the RD cup.  Ur bike looks great, and the King sig on the fairing is the icing on the cake.

This one’s a bit more hard work

Do you have one Lewie?  I have quite a few, ride every other day too.  All Giant, all alloy frames and all MTB/gravel style though I only ride road on them.  I rebuilt this one from a stripped frame that was laying in the bush for 5 years, nothing on it but the forks.  I bought two other bikes like it to source parts off but ended up spending a fair bit online for new stuff.  Giant Yukon 2002

This is my regular exercise machine.  Gaint toughroad 2016.  I have it's replacement on the bike-stand and will retire it soon but it still goes fine.

I think cycling is an excellent complement to offroad riding, those small seats certainly keep your bum in shape and the strong leg muscles make moving (I won't say throwing) the T7 around easy.  I actually do have one non-Giant, an old Trek I bought for the rail-trails up country.  I never ride it now, too heavy for the hills around here.  My trek looks very similar to your Marin.
