mesurements lid airbox

good day all.

 

atm i have my beloved in hands of a specialist and because of this i cant measure my self.

im planning to design a larger snorkel as more air is better my dino guy said [where she resides atm]

thy have a kit that does it but it costs 200 euro. and i know i can design and print one cheaper.

 

now all i need to know is the diameter and the height of the snorkel [from the lid to top snorkel and the diameter]

possible in cm / mm as that is how most in the world work [not to annoy the imperial users, its just more accurate to me]

I've been in this situation before!

 

50x30mm ID. Lid to the top of the snorkel is about 63mm. The material is almost 3mm thick so I think top of the lid to the top ID is 60mm.

 

Interested to hear how the design works out!

50 by 30 is the inner snorkel  measurements i assume ?

Yes, inner dimensions of the snorkel. Seems like the radius at the ends is 15mm, so it's basically a big slot.
