Hello from Italy!

Hello everybody,

My name is Tommaso and i write from Mugello, Italy.

I am a Ténéré enthusiast, I have owned two 660s, from 2008 and 2009, a first series xtz750 and a 1200 superténéré and now I am a very satisfied ténéré 700 owner.

I love to ride my bikes in dirt trails and I took part in some rally races here in Italy.

I am passionate about mechanics and I enjoy modifying my bikes to make them perfect for me. I design and make components for myself.
I'm currently studying a rally tower to lighten the bike and leave the expensive original headlight at home.

I'd like to share what i've made and exchange experiences and ideas.

Thanks

Tom (luisfico)

Welcome Tom! I believe Italy is a great country for offroad riding. A friend and I will most likely visit Italy this summer to do some TET and ACT on our two T7s.

Best wishes from Germany!

I bought the bike in late 2020, when productions and distributions were very slow due to covid. To partially remedy the limited availability of motorbikes Yamaha released on the Italian market about 50 totally white ténéré and a fistful (like 10) of these green which were destined for the French urban and forestry police.

When i saw it i fell in love!
