Hello from the Netherlands!

 

55 years young, i drive motorbikes since i was 10. I owned a Yamaha XT500, Kawasaki Z400, Yamaha XTX660, Ducati Diavel and a week ago i traded in my Ducati Multistrada Enduro 1200 for a black Yamaha Tenere 700, which will arrive somewhere in April.

 

The Multistrada is a great bike and i love it, but unfortunately it is too heavy. We have a Motolug trailer so we can take our bike behind our campervan, but even with two people the Duc is too heavy to put on the trailer, so it had to go,....

 

As i weigh a 105 kilo's and i measure 191 centimeters i ordered the bar risers, rallyseat and adjustable Adventure footpegs. I also watch the suspension topics closely as i intend to install a heavier  (95NM?) spring in the rear. I also ordered the LED indicators, the engine guard, Barkbusters, and the rear rack.

 

I booked a trip to the Alps in September 2020 so i want to be ready for some real offroading
