You can really 11000 rpm spin her up now and see how sweet she likes it 😊.

I’ve gotten it to 106 mph, but don’t need to do that again 😉  Still haven’t taken it to the redline yet.

😉 Good stuff. A 2nd or 3rd gear red line seems a screamer but it shows just how good the motor is. It will lug from low 1800 rpm revs and can stay sweet all the way to the rev limiter. I turned 3000 miles and can say the engine gets even better, as it tractors even better in 4th gear and up etc. You can even load it hard from tick over. I start over at times in 2nd gear.

Dropped the bike off yesterday with Tyson at Fusion Graphix in Olympia, he did the wrap on my van and did such a good job I know the T-700 will be great. He’s making templates from my bike so contact him if you want anything worked up for your bike. I’ll do another post when it’s all done. These are the pictures he has as inspiration. I know he’ll come up with something cool. I’m also adding all the aftermarket companies logos printed on the wrap AltRider,Mosko Moto,Giant Loop, Heidenau Tires, Seth Laam Seats,Cyclops Lights and Camel ADV.

Staying with Mr Cruzin and his family again for a couple days while I look for land in Idaho. The riding out here is awesome!
Yesterday I did a nice double loop Horseshoe bend, Placerville, lunch at Trudys in Oregon City then down to Robbie creek Rd and back up to Idaho City through the woods. Back on pavement I went up to Lowman then back to 55 and in to Boise. Learned lots about that area.

Got to spend Saturday with an old Air Force buddy from way back. Brandon is a desert racer ( Baja 1000, Desert 100 and on the winning team in his class at the 24 hours of starvation ridge in Washington) I think I slowed him down a bunch to take these pics 😜  but it was nice catching up! We did an actual section of the Oregon trail, out to Prarie, Pine, Featherville and Atlanta before the 80 miles of dirt, gravel and washboard along the middle fork. I hit the Boise city limits 13 miles into reserve. A FULL tank of riding his favorite roads! This is why I do, what I do! 😁😁

Thanks Rob (Mr Cruizin)for your hospitality these last few days, the timing wasn’t that great again for us to share an epic ride, guess I’ll have to come back and ride with you some more! I did like that area between Emmit and Horseshoe Bend though on that quick evening ride we did do.
Thank you!

A double loop South and East of the lake today, more than a tank of gas in fact. Found a forest road section I shouldn’t have done alone and also glad I wasn’t on the 1200 Super Tenere. I would have dropped that bike a few times up there!  I could live out here🤔 such great riding!

(not sure why the pictures are now loading crooked🙄)

Some of my late summer pics and I’m heading east to ride the TWAT across Wisconsin in about a week. Always looking for someone to join me!

New tires in Montana! Thanks to Don at All Moto Tire

I went with a 140-80-18 Heidenau scout enduro (no center stripe) on the rear and Mitas E10 Dakar on the front. I added 1/2” Kouba lowering link to compensate for the taller tire.
