Longer Clutch and Brake Lines?

I'm about 12,000 miles into ownership of my T7.  I've made a lot of mods to it for various things.  Coming off of a Super Tenere, I have the bike fairly close to the comfort on the highway of the Super T, but with way less weight and much more fun offroad.

The thing I can't get really all that close is distance to the handlebars for my short arms.  On my Super Tenere I had 2" pivoting Rox Risers and the riding comfort was so relaxed that it was easy to crush even 700+ mile days.  I did an Iron Butt on it with no discomfort.  With the T7, I've tried the Risers, and also fully swapped out the handlebars two years ago for Pro Taper Evo ADV bars.  It improved the sore traps and reach, but it's still there.

The cables aren't long enough to add the rox risers to the EVO bars, but I'm wondering if someone has come across longer clutch and brake lines.  Also, is that a tough job to do?  This idea may just not be possible, too.  Though it would be nice to equal that comfort from the Super T if at all possible as the rest of the bike is perfect.

Don’t know how high you’re going over standard but there’s quite a bit of wiggle room anyway. Loosen the clips holding the cables to the forks etc and shift the cables up before resecuring.
I have 40mm risers and it works for these.
for more, I’d go for goodridge build-a-line and assemble what you need. Longer clutch cables are available to buy or build.
