rear wheel offset

Does anybody has a experience how to fix rear wheel offset? The wheel is off the centre of the frame by 1 cm to the right, thus, the rear spocket is not aligned with the front spocket and chain keeps doing wierd sound.

Welcome to the forum. The only thing I can think of: Did you install the spacers correctly? On both sides of the hub, right next to the bearings, there should be a spacer which is approximately 1cm wide.

Try adjusting the chain with a straight edge and set the proper tension as per the owners manual.  Your adjusting block marks may not be exact to each side ( not uncommon on lots of brands) so don't use those as gospel. Trust using a straight edge, your eyes are very accurate for alignment and will detect a misalignment better than trusting the marks on the adjusting blocks.
