Has anyone dealt with T7 Rally out of the UK? I ordered some parts from them a week ago, but haven't even gotten an email saying the order is received.

I did reach out to them via email and but haven't heard back.

Is this normal for them? Will my parts arrive?

Sadly, a lot people here have had a similar experience. Try getting your money back ASAP. There's a long thread somewhere here, it might include a phone number of them. Good luck!

Getting money back won't be a problem but I did want that gas cap.
