Does anyone recognize these?

I was installing auxiliary lights on my Tenere and had to take the seat off and move the aftermarket fuel tank and both of these were on the ground. any idea where the go. Any help would be much appreciated.

Think it’s been answered a few times times think they to somwthere behind the rad guards 

cant seem to find the thread relating to them

They go in the garbage.

 

Yamaha thinks they help reduce vibration between the body panels. I tossed them years ago and I can't tell the difference.
