Does Euro Windshield fit North American T7?

Hi, 

From Canada, was looking for taller windscreen for the T7 to have a little extra wind protection on an upcoming longer ride.  There is a tall screen listed on the UK website for the standard T7.  Does anyone know if it fits the North American model?  The bolt holes look loke they're in the right place.  the screen:

It does. There's no difference between EU and US/CA models except that mostly you get the latest alterations one year later and not all available models (like WR models - these do have a different windscreen in fact!)

Good to know.  I wonder why neither  Canada nor the US stock that accessory,  as you'd think it would be quite a popular item, seeing how windscreens are such a personal preference.  

Now, the next thing to figure out is how to source one with the lowest shipping costs.

Hi bud. It’s not an accessory, it’s a stock type “explore” model screen. If it’s the one I’ve seen (I’ve been looking at fitting either this or the world raid screen to mine), at about £120, just to let you know it’s only about £90 from the dealer. Your dealer will be able to find it on the parts catalogue for the explore model. You’ll have them one day. France first. Now UK this year. I reckon us and Canada next year or following year. But they’ll definitely be able to order one. 
One of these numbers is the world raid (wider lower down, and needs modifying), the other the explore (higher , wider and flipped, straight fit) or

Quick update. Those numbers probably only mean something to Yamaha dealers.  Tried them on cmsnl and fowlers but didn’t work. 
and it looks like you’re right, is is now also an accessory on the website. At £120 though.

Are we getting a new T7 variant this fall/winter?  

I'm not too far off having mine set up well anyway.
