DO NOT! I believe there are a lot of people who will happily trade their wheels for gold ones. At least I would and I saw a couple of posts about this on here too.

2nd that, just trade them for a set of black.

Would maybe trade mine for gold ones.

Paint would be a disaster.  Powdercoat would be an option or maybe see if they can be anodised?  By far the easiest would be to swop for black.

Yup. Swap. Do not destroy gold wheels. I’ll do straight swap if necessary.
look at all the photos of early teneres. 👍

Happily swap you for my blacks… if you were in the states.

Y'all calm down...even if they do get painted, just ride them in the dirt for a bit, do a trailside tube swap, and they'll be golden again.

Do that enough times and they'll be silver.

Post says Jersey

presume your buying new from your dealer? Have you asked them if there’s an option to swap them out ?

There is a spray folie in a rattlecan. They say spray it on smooth surface. It should easily be removed by pulling it off. I have no experience with it, but looked for it many years ago to paint old rims.

Foliatec Foliatec spuitfolie 400 ml per stuk voordelig kopen bij Louis. Topmerken ✓ Groot assortiment ✓ Geen risico ✓ Veilige betaling ✓ 2 jaar...

Yes i tried to change / swap at the dealer but no luck. Living in jersey makes it difficult with shipping and expensive
