Neodymium Magnets use on Oil Filters

Just finished a very good read on motorcycle oils and using neodymium magnets on the outside of oil filters to filter metal fragments inside the filter wondering if anyone has used this. I definitely will be using these magnets on all of my filters  after reading this

Hey Mate, Neodymium magnets are subject to demagnitising at temps over 80 degrees, your filter is easily going to exceed that on a typical ride especially in Oz. Ferrite magnets are the way to go and stay stable to temps over 200 degrees...:-)

Many engine oil drain plugs have magnets at the end of them, does the T7?  
If it does, that should be enough to get the job done?

the oil drain screw have no pagnet plug, but you can buy a cheap one.

Be carefull, chineses and cheap model are really bad quality...
