front sprocket change

I changed the rear wheel for a 2.5 inch RR and fitted a 130/90-18 Dunlop D606 and now the bike seems slow to take-off.

Has anyone fitted a 14 tooth front sprocket? Where to buy?

I'm using the 606 for off road , and the oem wheel for longer rides.

Good point, I would be interested to know if you can put a smaller sprocket on the rear to save me starting off from second as first is a great crawler gear, maybe off the older XT’s will fit?

I checked JT and they only listed 15 and 16 for MT/FZ.

Mine was a Pro-Tech off Amazon.

Been looking in both the UK and USA and the only 14 tooth sprocket I can find is US$40 plus another US$60 for postage?

 

Does anyone know where else I can find one?
