Akrapovic Heat Shield

Just thought I would let other people know that whilst washing my bike today I noticed one of the small screws that hold the heat shield on had gone. It must have fell off on my ride yesterday. The screw is easy enough to obtain but there are some small carbon fiber washer which aren’t easy to find.  I thought right ring my dealer and order one, which I did and that has cost me £10. So if you have the same exhaust then I suggest you make sure they are tight.
