Hepco and becker mini rack

Does anyone know if the hepco and becker mini rack is compatible with the T7 rally tail tidy. I like that it doesn't have the side rail and looks quite light and small. It may be quite handy as I commute daily and it'll also be used to anchor the rear of my giant loop great basin. I'm trying not to add too much weight to the bike. If it's not compatible with my tail tidy I may look into getting a touratech pannier rack as I have some touratech zega panniers and also some ortlieb/touratech endurance click soft panniers, but they are probably double the weight of the mini rack.
