Atlas throttle Lock compatibility with Yamaha OEM Heated grips

Just a heads up, if you have Yamaha OEM Heated Grips (fitted already by dealer), the Atlas Throttle Lock will sadly not work, as there is insufficient room between throttle grip and throttle housing. I really wanted this, but after looking and trying to fit all afternoon, it just wont work. I will have to speak to Rugged Roads, for a return and refund sadly. 

 

So if you want to use the Atlas, be sure that there is sufficient space and if possible, don’t fit heated grips before, so you can fit with space for the Atlas.
