How much did you pay for your tenere in the states?

Hey guys,

I’m an old KLR owner and never bought myself anything new. Ive been working my ass off and ready to treat myself! I have to admit that I am a little intimidated by all the fees and what not and definitely need to learn more about the buying process but I am ready .

If you are comfortable, do you mind sharing what you paid out the door? I just don’t want to get ripped off and want a ball park idea.  I am in California.

Thank you!

$10,079 including the $80 doc fee (no freight) to the dealer. Tax and license plates vary by State, here in WV I paid 6% WV tax, $16 for the title, and $32 for a 2 year license plate.
