Yamaha US online store is a joke

Ordered a low seat on 8/28 (wasn’t labeled as backordered or out of stock).  Weeks go by, figure I send them an email to see what’s up. Got a reply on 10/6:


I apologize for the inconvenience, your order has been cancelled. Your account will not be charged, if you do see any transactions, it will be a pending transaction which is automatically released back to your account.”

What the hell? Not only they weren’t proactive about this, they didn’t even bother providing a reason. Clown town.

Ive noticed the left hand and right hand at yamaha don't talk to each other.....I would see what options Seat Concepts has for your bike. Their foam is Mo Bettah
