Heed rear crash bars

Has anyone installed the Heed rear crash bars. I'm wondering how well they would protect the exhaust in a right side tip over.  It's hard to tell from their website photo's.  In the top down picture it looks like they extend out past the exhaust and would help. In the photo from the rear it looks like the exhaust sticks out past the crash bar and wouldn't really be protected at all. Anyone installed them and know for sure?

I asked Heed sometime ago and their response was

Hello
No, crash bars can't protect the exhaust. They protect plastic parts mainly.

I think the best way to protect the exhaust is to install a different exhaust or reroute the current one. Another way is to install the side luggage rack from Yamaha or Givi.

It can't protect the exhaust even if you have a high exhaust mount like I have. It will protect the rear side fairings however. I use them as grab handles while lifting the bike because I crash a lotw🤣IMG-20200915-WA0001-01.thumb.jpeg.6e80def79a070a2df8329992116481a1.jpeg
