Has anyone fitted one and how is the comfort?

I'm also looking for feedback

I have one. Even though Im 5'11" the bike felt really tall when I first started riding it...

As far as comfort, I don't have any issues with it, but obviously, with less padding, its not quite as comfortable as the stock seat.

But my longest ride so far has been about 3 hours. For my multi-day trip this summer I'll likely switch back to the stock seat.

EDIT- Im also only 157 pounds...

Mines great obviously less padding however there is enough. After a full day out i feel i needs more comfort however horses for courses.

pretty well designed and couldnt ask for better as all day on the GS i felt the same.

Are they available yet?  I tried to buy one, but they were backordered, with no date

I've had the oem low seat since day one on my T7.  I ordered mine right from the UK, at the time in Canada you could not order one from Yamaha Canada.

Comfort wise its "ok"  not bad, I can go a 400km day on it.  I did get the seat concepts upgrade, its even lower than the oem low seat, but I won't know for a while if its comfy for me (spring time!)

I'm 6'2" and i got a oem low seat for doing technical off road stuff just because it is easier to get feet flat down in tricky situations.  I put standard seat on for commuting or longer trips and light greenlaning . It is only £148 .

Makes a big difference in confidence with low seat on difficult sections 👍😃

I'm 5'10" and it's perfect for my height. It does feel much firmer than the OEM standard. My legs are slightly more cramped when seated. I wouldn't want to sit on it for more than 3 hours.

It makes you feel like you're "in" the bike more which is a plus.  I would recommend the purchase.

I have the low OEM Seat, perfectly fine for touring, so all good.
