Haven't had an issue yet,  at least none that I've heard about.

its is legal in Canada, and let me put it this way... when it was illegals people still smoke it and still could purchase it... some smokers drove while stoned, the cops had very little tools to detect it and didn't really suspect it since it is illegals. Now it is legal the cops have more training and tools and look for it more because it is legal... so lots of smokers will stop driving while under the influence for that reason, the one that doesn't smoke won't start smoking just because it it legal. Legal or not there will always be some who will drive while stone just like alcohol...  I am personally much more worried about drunk driving then stone driving.
