Handlebar pull-back

Hello,

 

I'm a bit vertically challenged and im looking to make some adjustment to my T7. I have no problem with the seat height but I don't like that I have to lean a bit to reach the handle bar. 

 

Did anyone try to do a Handlebar pull-back?

Soooo, vertically AND horizontally challenged???

I think Rox Risers make a pull back bar riser. I think Rugged Roads stock them
