Akrapovic header and stock muffler question

Will the stock muffler fit the Akrapovic header or is there issues?  If so what are issues?

It'll fit. 

 

The Akra has a wider bore so you'll have to remove the gasket. But they'll mate up. 

 

The Akra header seems to run in a slightly different position to the OEM downpipes, but if you can't get the stock pipe to line up with the bracket it'll mount inside rather than outside. 

 

If course, that makes it more likely to get all up close and personal with the swingarm when you drop her on the right hand side...
