fork pinch bolts

hi does any one know what you  torque the pinch bolts to on the forks. i need to lower them through the the yokes by 15mm to match the  20mm lowering dogbones

Upper bracket pinch bolt(s) - 23 Nm/17 lb ft

Lower bracket pinch bolt(s) - 20 Nm/15 lb ft

 

Tighten each bolt on each triple clamp little by little, upper (bolt 1) then lower (bolt 2) on upper clamp then same on lower clamp. You should only go up with fork tubes about 15mm max. You will see where the taper ends on the fork tubes just below the lower triple clamp. Don't go past that.
