Outback Motortrek Crash bars install problem?

Trying to get these installed,. Got the lower bars on without to much trouble but the center bracket under the headlight doesn't seem to fit. The holes don't seem to be spread wide enough to match the bolts.  They seem off my about a centimeter. Any tips? What am I doing wrong? The video they have up isn't that great.  Judging by the video I am pretty sure I have the correct mounting location.

Try leaving all the bolts really loose until all of them are threaded in, then tighten them one at a time.  You may even have to loosen the bolts on the lower bars as well.  Or maybe swear a lot and use a bigger hammer.

Thanks that wasn't the issue I just got an email from OBM.....they sent me the wrong bracket.
