Hello, my name is Andrei, 37 yo, I am from Sighisoara, Romania, and I am a fresh Yamaha Tenere 700 Rally Edition owner.

I have the bike for 11 days now, and covered 650km, mostly on tarmac. I had two offroad sessions, around 30km, on forest roads.

This is my first brand-new bike I own.

My background:

- I had a 2002 Honda Hornet 600 for about 6 years, then I stopped riding motorcycles for about 8 years. Sold the Hornet.

- three years ago I started to ride offroad, soft enduro. I bought a 2008 KTM EXC-450 (four stroke)

- this spring I started to ride hard enduro. I bought a 2018 Husqvarna TE 250i (two stroke)

- now I've also got this beauty, the 2021 Tenere 700 Rally Edition

Congrats Andrei!  That Rally looks great all wet (dare I say moist..) in the rain.

Would have been my choice here in US 🙂

Just passed 1500 km on the new bike. Feels amazing on the tarmac road. Feels good offroad, especially on forest roads.

This bike was my best investment so far, it brings a lot of joy.

Hello. This weekend I took a ride with my Tenere 700 on the Transfagarasan, Romania's most scenic road. Endless curves, with some isolated snow patches, and almost no traffic. Here are some pics...

Hi. I just mounted a new aftermarket windscreen: MRA touring windscreen (TM) for Yamaha Tenere 700. Here are some pics comparing the standard one with the new one.

It's 400mm in height and 300mm in width. It's 100 higher than the standard windscreen. It costed 115 EUR from Touratech shop.

It makes a big difference on higher speeds, over 100km/h.

I'm very happy with the results!

Very nice all things, beautiful scenery! May I ask how tall you are, since I am also thinking about the MRA screen for more comfort during higher speeds? Greetings from Sweden!
