Tool Case with Outback Motortek Pannier Racks

Has anyone mounted a tool case/holder on the left side of your bike inside the Outback Motortek pannier rack?  I have seen Rotopax mounted there but would like to find a storage solution for tools that might fit there.

Kinda like this...Modified my racks to take a Rotopax on each side, then mounted the Mosko 25/35L Soft bag mount in front of them. Puts the fuel a fair ways back, but I don't usually ride with them on or full, unless I'm on an epic adventure. The tool tube holds a fairly extensive tool roll that I made up.
