Camel Tail Tidy with Givi Luggage Rack??

Has anyone installed the Camel Tail Tidy with a Givi luggage rack?

There are some spacers and bolts under the rear fender for the Givi rack support, thru the same holes the tail tidy uses, I think.

Camel Adv does not see any reason it won't work.

I may just have to try it.
