Need help identifying a part

I was removing the plastics on the left side of the bike and this rubber piece fell out. It looks to be a bumper between two parts but I cant seem to find its location . Im posting it here to see if anyone is familiar with this......Thanks

Look on the inside of the plastics and you can see an outline of where it is located.  

Just use some good quality glue to set it in place.
