Just an FYI for those waiting... Not sure if it means backorders are caught up, but I ordered the Yamaha rally seat on April 9th from Partzilla and it finally showed up today. The availability date was showing September 10th but apparently they had some released early.

 

*edit* They show to have one left in stock
