Cycra HCM handguards with Pro Taper ADV bend

I just installed my new bars. Before I tap the bars for the stock bar weights and hand guards, I was planning on upgrading to these hand guards anyways and doing away with the bar weights.

 

With that being said, will these hand guards that clamp to the handlebar clamps work with these taller than normal bars? Has anyone done this and can you share any info on any snags during install?

Might work with the weights removed, I tapped the bars and tried with the CRM but didn't fit, response from Cycra "The CRM Ultras don’t fit the ADV bars well due to the increased sweep angle and increased rise ( from dirt model bars ).  You would  want to try to remove the weights first."  Ended up sending back the Cycra and going with the Barkbusters.
