Does anyone know what’s happening about the Yamaha faulted heated grips I have been waiting months for a decision

Didn't know there was a fault - was about to buy some for mine!

There was a fouly Bach in my area mine were fitted 13 months ago

It might be in my area north east

There was a discussion on here ref the heated grips some time ago somewhere. I think someone mentioned setting them up correctly to get the full heat from them. 
what’s the score with them anyway, I couldn’t see them on the yammy “garage” app to order, just the lead for them, and would like a set for this winter.

Sorry I didn’t get back I had mine finished a year ago could not get them sorted till now due to the virus took the bike back to the dealer they told me that there’s a manufactures fault on the left hand grip the right hand grip works that was two weeks ago still waiting to hear from them
